This PPC212 is perfect for those who think a 4x 12-inch cabinet is too powerful and impractical. Armed and ready with two high-quality Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, this cabinet produces a defined sound with plenty of mids. This is the closed-back version, which ensures extra punch and focus. It is a durable, practical speaker cabinet with the famous Orange tone.
Constructing the speaker enclosure
As we've come to expect from all things Orange, the PPC212OB sports the attractive orange vinyl and a sturdy durable construction. The carefully crafted housing is made of 18mm, 13-ply birch. This amplifier combo stands on the unique skid feet, which optimise contact with the stage, resulting in a neater bass response and overall improved tone definition. The short version: it produces a highly defined sound with a proper dose of mids.

Dit is mijn eerste cab na het aanschaffen van een Orange CR120H. Mijn eerste reactie toen het pakket aan de deur kwam: grote doos. Mijn tweede reactie: holy s*** dit is heavy! Ik moet dit beest 2 etages naar boven sleuren, dus denk eraan als je deze wilt: hij is zwaar! Ik kende de speakers (Celestion V30), maar op een Orange Cab heb ik nog nooit gespeeld. Dit bevalt prima, hij gaat loeihard, maar klinkt ook op lage volumes nog zeer gearticuleerd.

Prima cab klinkt veel voller en mooier als de ppc112 die ik hiervoor had.
Mooi geluid op bedroom volumes maar kan natuurlijk ook onnoemelijk hard.
Cab is wel erg zwaar maar dit gaat natuurlijk gepaard met uitstekende kwaliteit.
De Celestion vintage 30 geven een vette sound zoals verwacht.
Tevens een zeer snelle levering van Bax.
echt een aanrader is elke cent dik waard.
ps de buren hebben nu officieel een hekel aan me ; )
